Shipping Terms
We ship to Worldwide via EMS, DHL, FedEX and UPS from WorldVasion, Inc.
The choice of courier varies according to country, but most countries currently have a choice of some or all of: DHL, FedEx, and UPS. China EMS is also available for certain countries.
We ship most orders 3-5 days after payment cleared during weekdays. Order placed on weekend will be shipped out on next Monday.
The shipment usually takes 6-14 days to your PayPal registered address. If you need to change your address, please change it in PayPal first before you pay. Please provide your correct detailed address and full name in PayPal. (PayPal will provide protection for registered address).
We will send the item as GIFT, we'll glad to combine shipping to save you money on shipping cost if you buy more.
Payment methods
We accept Western Union, Bank Transfer, and Paypal, it is fast, easy and safe.
If you have bought multiple items from me, you can send me one payment for all the items instead of paying for them individually, or just please send the money to my paypal account. We don't accept check and money order?
Return and Refund Policy
All our products come with a 12 month warranty.
We will gladly accept any returned merchandise for a full exchange of the same item. Providing that the returned item is sent back in its original packaged and that all included items which were in the original package are also included. The item must not be damaged in any way or else we will be forced to not accept the item back for an exchange.
In case of returning goods, please send us an email with your name, order number, product name, and the problem you have with the product. We are not accepting any returns without these information. Shipping charges and PayPal fees are not refundable.
We will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused on your computer, console, or other ways during installation of any of our products. We not be liable for any damage or personal loss due to incorrect installation of our products.
Item must be returned within 7 days.
Return policy details: The buyer has 7 days to return the item (the buyer pays return shipping fees). The item will be exchange or refund.
Items should be returned with original packages.
Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, NO replacement will be made. For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.
NO REFUND accepted after 30 days of receipt.
Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
In ALL cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements.
Paypal fees and Shipping fees will not be refund. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
Important note
Buyers will receive the transaction notification from WorldVasion, Inc. within 24 hours. We reserve the rights to cancel the order if the buyer does not pay us or contact us for payment within 7 business days. Before buying, please read the above terms and conditions carefully. The buyer will be considered to agree with ALL terms and conditions listed.
Other Policies
We offer shipping worldwide to almost all locations on the planet. (We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at our discretion, for example where shipping to a remote area is not feasible for any reason.)
We do not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.
